Try running kaspersky anti virus, even just the trial version. Your mistakes during cleaning process may have very serious consequences, like unbootable computer. I sawanother post ("High Memory Usage [solved]") that seemed to have have the same/similar problem so I followed the diagnostics on it which included a custom OTL scan (see results below). You never know when one will leave you.
