The following: Downloaded Program Files - 0... found over 550 errors and one time about 800, this after repeatedly scanning, signing off, rebooting, as they told me through an email to not scan back to back...

Just prior to trying your solution, I did the procedure recommended by John Savill at the top of this page, got rid of an additional 3000 temp files, to no avail.
