Hi Vistamike, Thanks for your response, I've Uninstalled the HP software and unplugged the printer. Such opinions may not be accurate and they are to be used at your own risk. I exchanged it with an epson xp310, which is now the default printer.
I corrected the problem but have not been able to print since. I bring up the event manager by clicking that bubble, and it says "Error-Printing" under Status.
