Delete the CMaps and Base folders in your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts\Reqrd folder, and copy these new folders in their place. Appreciate it very much. You have my sincere thanks! Solution 1: Delete AdobeFnt*.lst files from the system disk, and then reinstall InDesign or InCopy. Illustrator will continue to work despite missing CMAPs but InDesign or InCopy won't.

First, would these files, assuming I can get them, work on my Mac? There is a ‘font' folder in ‘required' but this contains a few files only. Someone offered the idea of copying from another PC the missing files. Sorry, have to ask.If it is, then I suggest doing a complete uninstall, and then reinstalling.
