I don't think it matters for non-registered whether it says 'tax invoice' or 'invoice' because some people issue invoices that say Tax Invoice but half the items do not have GST. You can establish your own payment terms (from payment on delivery to 30 or 60 days), depending on your type of business and your customers. So who needs to register for GST & what does that mean? I thought this was paid at tax time not knowing I was not required to collect ( we are under $75,000).
