Thanks. What's odd is that even if i do choose the default device profile (sRGB IE61966-2.1) - i still get the exactly same problem, as do all of my colleagues. I have done "by eye" calibration both with online programs and with the Corel PSP Photo XP calibration but still the colors are too red/brassy and not as crisp as it check over here Parts of it are photoshop specific, but it also shows how to setup print drivers and gives a description of each profile at the bottom.

But good news is I do have the profiles loaded somehow cause when I go in to Files/Color Management/Color Management, I get a box where I can "enable color management". You'll be able to ask questions about printers or chat with the community and help others. It only happens on a certain XAML file that we have.. HELP.......
