Have you had any freezes since freeing drive space? If you had not run Memtest for at least 7 Passes then do so; and we recommend 10 or more Passes at this juncture. Find option call SATA mode and change option from AHCI to IDE. (AHCI will prevent booting up.) If you not found SATA Mode then find anything with AHCI and change to Setup Is Starting Windows Xp Stuck If no better what I would do is run memtest on your RAM and see if there are problems there.
